Exchanges & Returns

Artstudio.sa is glad to make an exchange if you order from www.artstudio.sa  and the item you received is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

Wrong Item Received

If the item received is completely different from the one you ordered, customer should email to artstudio@artstudio.sa within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing wrong item.

After confirmation, Royal Selangor will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick items in the original packaging and exchange with the right item. Royal Selangor will email two forms to customer for invoicing and custom clearance purpose. Customers are required to sign and print out these two forms and pass to courier service providers when they exchange the items for customers.

Defective Item Received

If the item received is defective on arrival, customers should email to artstudio@artstudio.sa within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1MB) show the defective area.

After confirmation, Art Studio Premium Gifts (Gulf Rose Trading Co.) will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the defective or damage items in the original packaging and exchange with the new replacement. Royal Selangor will email two forms to customer for invoicing and custom clearance purpose. Customers are required to sign and print out these two forms and pass to courier service providers when they exchange the items for customers.

Wrong Engraving

For customers who order the items with engraving, please note that Art Studio Premium Gifts (Gulf Rose Trading Co.) would refer to the engraving/personalization messages displayed on the order confirmation email. Every customer should receive and order confirmation email once the order has been place successfully www.artstudio.sa . Customer should email to artstudio@artstudio.sa if the engraving/personalization details on the order confirmation email are incorrect within 1 working day as Art Studio Premium Gifts commits to deliver most items within a short period of time.

If the item received is found to be wrongly engraved, customer should email to artstudio@artstudio.sa with 14 days from the date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the wrong engraving/personalization.

 

Returns

Art Studio Premium Gifts (Gulf Rose Trading Co.) reserves the right to refuse full refund or charge a restocking for any order that doesn't comply with mentioned requirements.

Any credit card refunds will take 2-3 weeks due several approvals by the authorities. Investigation and validation need to be conducted by respective banks after the request for refund is submitted. The refund amount will be credited into your next month credit card billing statement once the refund is approved.
